Anne-Marie Korte are situated at\u00a0the intersections of religion and gender as concepts in daily life and theory, and on the connections of religious studies and gender studies as interdisciplinary fields of study. She is an active founding\u00a0member of a broad international network of scholars in this\u00a0field. With\u00a0emphasis on interdisciplinary and international collaboration, this network was further developed during\u00a0the NWO-funded <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/annemariekorte.org\/?page_id=18\">internationalisation project<\/a>, which\u00a0ran\u00a0from\u00a02012 until 2015. At\u00a0the final conference of this project\u00a0in February 2015, the &#8216;International association for the study of religion and gender&#8217;<\/span> (<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/annemariekorte.org\/?page_id=16\">IARG<\/a><\/span>) <span style=\"color: #000000;\">was launched. The IARG builds upon and expands the network of the internationalisation project and invites scholars from different disciplinary backgrounds to join en continue the development of the field of systematic study of religion and gender.
